We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

The orders we will try to deliver to customers as soon as possible. For each different location, the time we deliver products to you will also be different.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

As you know in part 2. about our delivery time. If your order has not arrived after 10 days of shipping (domestic) and 20 days of shipping (international), please contact our team, we will be happy to help. support.

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.
